The Papua clinker cement production line in Indonesia is located at about 30 km south of Mallorca City, Papua provincial capital of Indonesia province. The overall planning and construction of 2 * 3200t/d clinker cement production line is planned, and the construction interface of 2 * 6MW waste heat power station is planned. The first phase of the project is to build a 3200t/d clinker cement production line and a supporting coal-fired power station, which are divided into two standard areas: clinker line project and grinding station project. The A standard area built by the housing engineering and technology company is clinker line project. It consists of 16 sub items including joint storage and transportation, clinker storage and transportation, raw coal pre homogenization yard and transportation, clinker cooling system and so on. The total duration of the project is 16 months.
The Papua cement clinker production line in Indonesia is the one or two phase of the Indonesian South Anhui conch cement production line. After the Indonesian Pan Asian cement plant project, the housing engineering and technology company has achieved a rolling development in Indonesia and has undertaken fourth cement plant projects. At present, the project department has completed the preparatory work and the major production and production construction in the short term. The project department will continue to carry forward the work style of "one day without delay, one day without slack", and actively implement the "24 hour work method". As a participating party, the company accepts limestone crushing and transportation (including power room); mine limestone transportation (including power room, conveying corridor length of about 1 km); joint storage and transportation (including raw material allocation, to feed floor transportation; limestone pre homogenization yard and transportation (containing limestone and storage, power room); pulverized coal preparation structure and other projects. The project was completed in December 2016.
